DIRECTION OF USE:- Cleanse skin thoroughly before applying the Dr. PICASHU MAKEUP TONIC LOTION. moisten a cotton ball and cover the entire area with a thin layer three times daily. Start with one application daily then gradually increase to two or three times daily.
